The total length of the project road is 25km. It is an urban trunk road dominated by freight traffic, with two-way eight-lane. The design speed is 60km/h. The construction and installation cost is about RMB 7.5 billion yuan. The project is located at the southern foot of Zhongliang Mountain, with complex topographic and geological conditions. The project crosses with 8 mountain-crossing arteries, 4 tracks, 4 railways and 5 reservoirs, so the project is very difficult.
Main Work Undertaken
JSTI adopts full-professional BIM design, and proposes solutions to adapt to complex construction conditions and functional requirements.
Innovation Points
The Project has broken through the engineering technical difficulties related to underpass operation expressway ultra-shallow buried tunnel, single-hole 4-lane large-section unsymmetrical pressure mountain tunnel, 6-way intersection 20-ramp large interchange, bedding slope geology 50m high slope protection, etc.
Achievements
1. BIM technology application in the design phase of Phase I (Bid Section II) of the core area of the mountain freight corridor (Xintu Avenue) won the Municipal Excellent Achievement Award issued by China Municipal Engineering Association in 2022;
2. Design and application of BIM technology in large-scale interchange project under mountainous terrain conditions-Taking the Phase I Project (Bid Section I) of the core area of mountain freight channel (Xintu Avenue) as an example, won the third prize of design group of the municipal BIM technology application contest in 2023.
