Xuhai Road Depot of Xuzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 4 is located in the original Zongshen plot northwest of the intersection of Chang’an Avenue and Chengdong Expressway, Economic Development Zone, Xuzhou City. The land area of the project is about 93.7 mu, and the total building area is about 200,000 square meters.
Main Work Undertaken
This project of JSTI combines the design of the cover plate of the urban rail transit depot, the project deeply studies the comprehensive development scheme of the depot and surrounding plots.
Innovation Points
To create urban planning integrating urban rail transit, residence, education and commerce, and improve the investment feasibility of comprehensive development project of rail transit station.
